OK, insanely busy weekend, rent inspection tomorrow, end of year rush at work – practical upshot is even typing this is exhausting. All I want to do at the moment is watch TV and sleep. I’ll make some decent updates and email people who are waiting (Helen, this means you 🙂 when it’s all over – probably Friday or Saturday.
